The second album in the trilogy of releases this month is aptly titled “Kintsugi” . Kintsugi is the 15th-Century Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold. Metaphorically, Kintsugi is a reminder to stay optimistic when things fall apart and to celebrate the flaws and missteps of life. Kintsugi teaches us that in life we can turn adversity into something that is beautiful and resilient. It shows us that in time, we can heal from our wounds, embrace our imperfections, and become stronger.
This album is probably the most downtempo, chill and “emotional” album I've produced and I'm quite proud of the way it turned out. Its definitely a sonic reflection of some of the trials and tribulations in this journey called life as of late. Big vibes on this one for sure…enjoy.
